You can easily return or exchange your received item from Y7 Long Long, as long as it is within the exchange deadline of 60 days from when you receive the item. In addition to this, the item must be in original condition, which means it must have the handtags on and be unused.

If you want to return your item, we will credit the money minus the return costs when the package is received with us. If you want to exchange the item to another size or another style, you can simply order the new item right now.

We have our own return portal so it will be easier for you. It costs 39 kr. to return with DAO, and then you get a track and trace number, so you can always track your package from shipment until we receive it here with us.
